Even on a cloudy day, the sun will shine through.

Nothing worse than rain in the month of June
Or saying something when you’re not supposed to
Getting caught doing something you shouldn’t have
Gave in when you should’ve resisted
It’s one of those days
Those days where you messed up
Too bad the clock can’t tick backwards
Yesterday ran off when you slept
And the hourglass sand won’t be moving upwards
You think why can’t this day be over
and you seep into sighs, groans and impatience
You do not have tomorrow either.
The clock won’t be ticking faster
And there’s no remote for reality where you can fast forward
Face it, you only have today. Right now.
This is the day that the Lord has made.
Don’t live in yesterday’s mistakes nor should you be anxious about the future.
Remember that yesterday you were forgiven
Tomorrow you will be surrendered
And today, you are clarified.
He promised us that TODAY we will join him in Paradise.

Let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. Hebrews 4:16

No matter how bad your day is
Jesus makes something good out of it
If you’re feeling guilty about something you did wrong in the past
You shouldn’t be
God didn’t die on the cross for nothing
Grace is like doing a big favour for something
And expecting nothing in return
God has done us the biggest favor of all
He died for us, which pardoned us from the death sentence we deserve from our sins
We don’t need to work to get grace
For it is by GRACE, you have been saved.
In the midst of your shame-filled days
God opens the door to walk into paradise
Treating our bad days with Grace.
Every moment, saturate your day in his Grace.

For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Romans 8:29

God is shaping us
molding us
into the image of Christ.
Jesus felt no guilt,
had no bad habits,
has courage to face anything,
knows the difference between right and wrong
we should do the same.
It’s his only desire; that we be like him.

Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground…Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. Colossians 3:2

Where does your mind wander off to when you’re having a bad day?
Do thoughts arouse in your mind...negative ones?
Wanna take a break from them?
Follow Paul’s resolution; Don’t look at the troubles we can see now,
Rather, we should fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen.
Christ is our solution. God be the solution.
He can turn our toughest days into something greater.
When life’s problems disrupts you, take advice from Peter;
Cast all your anxieties onto Jesus, because he cares.
All you have to do is Confide your days to his Oversight.

Then he said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” Luke 9:23

We must set our minds on above, and not on eathly things
Because this direct us in the path God wants us to be in
What we need is a death reminder
As frightening as it is, if today was your last day
What would you be doing?
The same thing you’re doing now?
You should, love more, forgive more.
Love like there’s no tomorrow
See things from his perspective;
Eternal perspective.
Accept and gain his Direction
Forget yourself, and be his follower

The word ‘DAY’ isn’t commonly used in the bible, but when it appears, it provides a formula

G- Infuse your day in God’s Grace
Grace erases GUILT

O- Entrust your day to his Oversight
Oversight removes fear

D- Accept his Direction
Direction dismisses Confusion

So today is all you have. Don’t stress about the future. Don’t sigh about the past. Give today a chance; G.O.D.

You know what I hate? Guys who are actually nice guys, but act like jerks. This is inspired by a WONG FU PRODUCTIONS video called JUST A NICE GUY.
I've been actually wanting to write about this for a long time, but never got to it. That video was really true.
Boys, don't take your friend's advice and act like jerks, cos truthfully, girls do not think it's cool. I think girls would like to be with a nice guy. Forget the saying, "Nice guys finish last." I rather meet a guy for the first time when he's sweet and kind, and not acting like a jerk and trying to be cool. If that's you're nature, then okay, but if you're acting like a jerk, it's not exactly gonna get you girls.

1) Calling girl names like stupid or ugly for 'fun' is actually offending sometimes. Especially if the girl thinks that she could possibly like you, whether it be currently or in the near future.
That could be flirting to you, but why not try it a way where the girl feels special.
Call her sexy, gorgeous, say the dirty things. at least that makes her feel nice about herself. But that's just acting like a jerk too. Because all that tells a girl is that it's just a one time thing. A fling, and nothing more. That doesn't even show you want to be friends with her. It's like, calling a girl late at night for some phone sex. just some late night booty call.
Instead, be a friend for her. Be there for her. Show that she's special. You probably all know by now, that what I'm writing is to show the proper way to get a girl. it's not a step by step thing, but more like things to keep in mind.
Like the video, it says that if you treat the girl you like similar to all your friends -- going to lunch, helping with school work -- how will she know she's special to you? How much different will she feel from everyone else.

There were once two brothers
They were the complete opposite and different
One was warn and loving
And the other was cold and ignorant.

One loved and served the Lord
With all his strength, heart and mind
The cold one neglects God's word
and life to him was undefined

One had everything anyone can ask for
Everything to satisfy his needs were there
However, his brother had nothing
This feeling was more than he can bear

He who loved had a caring heart
That was strong and blameless
While his brother's heart was not pure
His feelings were the opposite from bliss

One had a relationship with God
And prayed to him on the daily
While the other was distant from God
And hasn't had a heart to heart with him lately

He obeyed and respected his parents
Every Sunday, praised the Lord and attended church
The other wandered the streets with his clique
His body and mind got corrupted and hurt

He was like a clean surface
Without a particle of dust
His brother was like a rose with thorns
It can't be held but admired, attracts nothing but lust

It was as though one of the sheep
Ran off from the flock
One remained with the group
While the other left and is lost.

The loving brother cared for his sibling
And knew the solution was to pray
He was worried for his beloved brother
So he knelt down and began to say

"Father, help me to find my way
Guide me so I stop leading this double life
I'm tired of being one thing and then the another
I'm willing to change and make it through this fight

I do everything my parents say
But the truth about me is omitted from their mind
I do not want to continue loving you half-heartedly

Note:
For those who are....confused with this. LOL
It's for those (like me) who praise the Lord and are so into it. They sing their heart out, they give their life to him only when they have to. Example: church, retreats...etc
But when it comes to school, friends...you forget everything. You forget the sermons you learned, the
great feeling you had after a retreat. The poem mentions that he had a relationship with God. Don't we all? But what kind did he have? It wasn't intimate like it should be. He prayed on the daily, but who knows, it could be because it's a routine, because he feels that he has to.
He was warm and loving but cold and ignorant. Some people can seem that way, where they are friendly and loving to certain people and towards others they're the complete opposite.
It seems that outside of church, we make bad decisions and we feel guilty and so we come to church to repent and then they just do it all over again.
This is just to remind all of those people who are lost that it's not too late to make things right.

I really like this one. I think this is the most meaningful one I wrote LOL.

“Every day you’re dying.”
Are the words that people would say.
Sounds true.
Accurate.
But didn’t seem satisfying.
I knew, there was more to life.
There was a purpose for living.
I picked up the phone and dialed a friend.
His knowledge about God was loyal.
His faith was higher than the skies and wider than the oceans.
“What is the purpose of living if each day I’m dying?”
I asked.
He chuckled, “Child that is the wrong perspective you have.”
I wrinkled my forehead in confusion.
“People say that--”
He cut me off before I could continue.
“Those people don’t know God.”
I asked him to elaborate.
My curiosity tingled for more information.
Hours passed and I learned one important thing.
Live with an eternal perspective.
Everyday we’re living.
With God, we’re not dying each day.
We live with him forever.
In heaven, we will sit at the right hand of God.
Forever.
Ignore what people say.
Eternal life is what God wants for us.
We must live worshipping his name only.
Each day, we’re a day closer to our Saviour.
